After binding with any program or membership, it is assumed that the member is aware of our policies and has acknowledged them.

At DREAMYHEAVENS CLUB Sales and Marketing, we aim to provide our members with outstanding services and experiences in our hotels and resorts. We value your trust and strive to deliver a superior level of service.

We recognize that privacy is important to our guests. This policy explains our practices regarding personal details collected when you visit our hotels, restaurants, conference halls, or website, or when you fill out a form to become a member of our loyalty or royalty programs.

Kindly note all terms mentioned here are subject to hotel management policies. By visiting our websites, you accept the practices described in this policy.

• Cancellation period of any membership or program is 3 days.
• During the cooling-off period (3 days), deductions will be made for taxes, swiping charges, agreement fees, and admin fees.
• The remaining amount will be credited to the member's valid bank account within 90 business days.
• After the 3-day cancellation period, memberships or programs are non-refundable but can be transferred.
• Memberships or programs can be transferred by paying nominal document charges.

• Booking requests must be sent a minimum of 15 days prior to departure.
• Once the booking is made, it cannot be cancelled.
• A minimum of 3 destinations and 3 travel dates must be provided at the time of booking.
• All bookings are done through official email or the website only.
• During bookings, guests must pay utility charges if applicable.
